list_webhooks
List an organization’s webhook endpoints. Never returns their secrets. Maps to
GET /organizations/:org/webhooks.

create_webhook
Register an outbound webhook. Maps to POST /organizations/:org/webhooks.

Returns the created endpoint. Its signing secret is in this result once, and only here.
delete_webhook
Delete a webhook endpoint. Maps to DELETE /organizations/:org/webhooks/:id.
