Remove a label from a member
Take a label off a tenant member.
DELETE /organizations/{org}/tenants/{tenantId}/labels/{labelId}/members/{userId}
Removes the label from the member.
Authorization
Org owner. A member who is not an owner gets 403 forbidden; a non-member gets 404.
